Villa KANTI in Ubud Bali provides a well-balanced blend of air-conditioned and tropical open-air living. From the moment you enter  into 5 bedroom Villa Kanti, you will be welcomed by the sounds of water rippling down the cascades to the bottom of the property and the refreshing breeze sweeping tropical flowers and trees. With seven pavilions, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests who would still be able to lose sight of each other within the boundaries of privacy that the pavilions have to offer. All corners of the villa are decorated with a plethora of antiques and crafts from Bali and the around Indonesian islands. These decorative and contemplative pieces enrich the discreetly cultural yet meditative atmosphere of the villa. The focal point of the property is the open-air living and dining pavilion which drops down onto the 20 x 4 meter lap swimming pool and the children pool, filled with salt treated water, overlooking to rice field.

The Master Pavilion at Villa Kanti

This two-storey pavilion located at the top-end of the property contains one bedroom with en-suite bathroom on each floor identical in size. The spacious ground floor bedroom decorated with antiques and crafts from Bali, Java, Sumatra and other islands, features a King-size bed canopied with a mosquito net, a long writing table and a sofa facing to a private garden. It is individually controlled air conditioning. The outdoor en-suite bathroom with a soaking bathtub, huge rain-head shower, is nestled in a tropical garden in complete privacy. The upper floor bedroom has been specially designed to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding natural environment. Sliding louvered glass windows all over the bedroom allows refreshing breeze to circulate through the room and a ceiling fan above a king-size bed is keeping the room pleasantly fresh. The en-suite bathroom with louvered glass windows also provides a panoramic rice field view from a soaking terrazzo tub and a separate huge rain-head shower.

The Temple Pavilion at Villa Kanti

This is a two-storey pavilion ideal for a family of four. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with spacious terrace where a beautiful nature lies on the surrounding pavilion. The ground floor bedroom features a king-size bed canopied with a mosquito net, it has a tranquil and peaceful view to the Villa Temple, rice fields and shooting feeling from the sound of the small river below. The spacious outdoor en-suite bathroom with soaking bathtub, huge rain-head shower and tropical garden allows complete privacy in the open area.

The Ricefield Pavilion at Villa Kanti 

This one bedroom pavilion has been built with tropical Merbau wood and decorated with precious artifacts from the islands of Indonesia. The bedroom with individually controlled air conditioning features a super Kingsize bed canopied with a mosquito net overlooks a private garden and rice fields. n the open en-suite bathroom, a stunning wall depicting a temple ceremony has been carved in front of a long black terrazzo vanity counter and soaking bathtub. To complete this delightful tropical experience, a huge rain-head shower is located under the shade of trees, yet in total privacy.

The Living & Dining Pavilion at Villa Kanti 

This pavilion of 120 square meters includes living, dining and entertainment areas. It offers an open view to the terraced rice fields, swimming pools, fishponds and water cascades.

Connected to the pavilion is a fully equipped kitchen, staffed with Balinese chefs who are able to prepare both European and Balinese cuisine and ensure guests dining requirements. On the mezzanine above the Living Pavilion, PC with high-speed WiFi internet and a printer, a large selection of books, guide books, art books are available at guest’s convenience. Media and entertainment room is located few steps down from the living area and next to it there is a bathroom designed with a ‘Zen garden’.
