Accommodation

Within its tropical garden setting, the stunning 21 metre pool is the centrepiece of this villa. There are two pavilions, the first of which is single storey and provides much of the communal living space including an enormous interconnected dining room and lounge room both of which overlook the garden and pool as well as a separate kitchen area.

Bedroom

A covered walkway leads to the two storey pavilion which is home to the entertainment room (which can double as an extra bedroom), two downstairs bedrooms and two upstairs bedrooms with balconies. The upstairs also features a spectacular rooftop dining terrace.

Master Bedrooms

Casa Brio has spacious king size (180 x 200) master bedrooms on each level. The light and airy ground floor conveniently opens onto the garden and pool while the second floor bedroom has a covered balcony charming views over the rooftops of Seminyak. They each have satellite television, DVD player and have the option for either air conditioning or fans. Both bedrooms have large ensuites featuring elegant stone flooring, twin stone sinks, rain showers and baths. There may be a rush for the downstairs bathroom as it features the stunning outdoor bathtub surrounded by tropical garden.

Guest bedrooms

The two additional bedrooms feature two queen size (150 x 135) beds and lie directly beside the master bedrooms making this a perfect option for families wanting to be close to the kids. The extra bedding also makes Casa Brio a great option for groups of friends travelling together. Each of the guest bedrooms has an ensuite with twin stone sink, rain shower and bathtub. The upstairs guest bedroom has the benefit of a covered balcony area with seating. Should you require extra space the entertainment room can be easily converted into a fifth bedroom and has a shower and toilet adjacent.

Indoor Living

What makes the lounge and dining area at Casa Brio so special is the wonderful interplay between indoors and outdoors - not confined by doors or windows, the beautiful balmy Balinese breezes flow through effortlessly. The marble floored open plan lounge and dining area, which also has bar seating for three, is backed by a wall of palms and luxuriant tropical plants and overlooks the garden and pool area. Settle down on the rattan sofas under the traditional wooden pitched roof while you are lulled by the gentle whir of the ceiling fans, watching the comings and goings poolside. The kitchen is separated by a door from the lounge and dining area and comes well equipped with everything required to produce delicious meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for eight.

Entertainment Room

The entertainment room provides the perfect sanctuary for those wanting air conditioned comfort. It comes equipped with satellite television, DVD player, iPod docking station, a small library and writing desk and lounges on which to kick back and watch a movie or read a book. It can also double as a massage room or a spare bedroom and has a shower and toilet attached.

Outdoor Living

There is no shortage of space poolside, from the delightfully shaded and spacious poolside balé seating eight, which is the ideal spot to chat with friends, spend lazy days reading a book or indulge in a massage. Six deckchairs sit on the wooden decking surrounding the swimming pool and are shaded by umbrellas. The poolside area is also a fabulous spot to hold an intimate garden party or a barbeque. Fancy some down time but still want to be part of the action? There is a cosy nook in between the ground floor master and guest bedroom that is the perfect place to take a nap.

The upstairs terrace dining area was designed to allow guests to enjoy alfresco dining day or night. In the day time the table for ten is shaded by an umbrella while in the evening you can enjoy a meal under the stars. With its views over the rooftops of Seminyak the upstairs terrace is also a lovely spot to enjoy a sunset drink. The upstairs master bedroom and guest bedroom each have their own balcony with seating providing an ideal private getaway.
