The flavours and variety in which you could prepare our meals are truly amazing. kadek & Ayu, thank you for making us feel so welcome. There was nothing that was too much trouble for you and we felt very very pampered from the moment we woke up until after dinner each night. We felt safe and a big thank-you to our gardener Nengah and all the security team who kept the grounds beautiful, tidy and looking like heaven on earth each day. " I MISS KADEK! "
We have just returned from our Bali holiday and stayed at Villa Frangipani for 5 days. We were two families coming together for a holiday and the villa was perfect for us. Plenty of room and space for children to roam about. From when arrived to the staff waiting for us (we arrived in 3 lots, and were greeted each time), to them all gathering to wave us off, it was a lovely holiday. The villa was traditional in style - which we prefer - with Balinese style furniture and lovely lush gardens - and we liked the offerings being put out each day in the balinese way. The bedrooms were comfortable and cool, loved the outdoor shower! The pool area is great - lovely big pool. Any negatives were minor - like the pool bottom being rough (the children got sore hands and feet, but also barely left the water!), floor tile in main outdoor area slippery when wet (which was mopped quickly each time) and the bottom room very slightly musty when first arrived - were all very minor and greatly outweighed by the positives. Also I found the paying before coming a bit of a headache as worried about the safety of the money - but it all was fine and now have great trust with Bali Luxury Villas (BLV) and they have since let me know about a safety feature - Verisign. The highlight for us however was the staff. Made was a great chef who did amazing breakfast every morning - but also he made us lunch and dinner on several occasions - and it was delicious! Loved the Nasi Goreng, the cabonara, yummy burgers, all was fresh and tasty and a very reasonable cost just for ingredients. BLV also organised for a bartender for our stay - to make us cocktails in the afternoon and evening - which was great. Ayu and Wayan the housekeepers were great - happy and did a great job. The gardener was lovely greeting us every morning - and the gardens were very nice - lush and colourful. The best part of the stay was Kadek who is the heart and soul of the villa - smiling and cheerful, she quietly got things done while we relaxed, and seemed to anticipate what we would need and when, and also babysat our children if we went out, organised taxis (and gave us the price before we left so we knew how much) got our laundry done, keeping everything so nicely and doing it all in her quiet smiling way and so many things! She really is the such an asset., We left Frangipani to stay at another villa in Jimbaran for the end of our stay, and regretted moving as the staff were really bad and we were saying constantly "I miss Kadek" - we should have stayed! But thank you for a lovely stay and special thanks to Kadek. Would definitely recommend to others and come again.

We absolutely love Villa Frangipani. It's our home in Bali. Beautiful, peaceful & wonderful staff, so helpful and always with a lovely smile. We had a dinner party last night with 14 guests and their children. Made, Ayu, and Kadek organized a delicious feast and it was a very special evening. We don't want leave and will come back very soon.

We went here for a friends birthday and it did not disappoint! Arrival with airport transfer was smooth and easy with no hassle. Staff were incredibly friendly and very willing to accommodate We were a bit rowdy at times but they were very understanding, you are also in a quiet area so no need to worry about being quiet after a certain time. Also felt very safe as there are security guards who work 24/7. The food & the villa was excellent, such a serene and peaceful place to relax. Villa would be perfect for anyone looking to relax and have a great holiday whether that be with family, friends or a couple. Additionally, the villa is only a short drive from the world famous Echo beach, you can't really fault this villa! We also order in house massages everyday, which just made the whole experience that much better! If you don't book this villa in Canggu you are mad!

I distinctly remember the warm welcome given to us by the staff of Villa Frangipani upon our arrival. It really stood out & made our day. The staff is extremely friendly & humble and is always available to serve which was a great experience. We got to taste the local Indonesia vegetarian food and everyone loved it. Thanks to staff again!!! Manager Mr. Rai was helpful in chalking out the agenda of our stay & organized taxi & our experience was amazing. Villa gives a very serene feeling and was a pleasant surprise package with very large and inviting interiors like furniture etc. Overall loved it !!
