Although we stay in a private villa, it really feels like the ultimate comfort of a 5 star hotel. Even better, because the service we experienced here in Villa Paloma was really personal. The house was spacious, the garden luscious, and the pool big and cooling. The area of the villa is (still) very quite. And on top of all the beds are great. It really felt like home! But what I mentioned before : the staff was like the topping on a cake. That was the thing that made our holiday fantastic. Yesterday it was my birthday, and Made, Tri, Kade, Tia and the Chef made this day together with my wife and kids, the best birthday since years. And the food and service every day : we just had to sit and enjoy. We definitely are planning to come back!

If we built a home, we couldn't manage to build anywhere more perfect! Made and the team here became our family away from home. Their care, dignity, and eagerness to please was a blessing. A beautiful and thoughtfully appointed villa with a fantastic team of people. We have had an excellent stay here, lots of sun and swimming. We wholly recommend a wander around Canggu, great options for lunch and a little retail theraphy and 'Old man's' Beach is an un-intimidating spot for rusty old surfers like us. Extra special mention to the whole team here at Paloma who are attentive without being intrusive, an expertly attained skill. Malendava's food is particularly delicious, please don't miss the opportunity to try it - the Indonesian dishes especially. thank you for everything Villa Paloma, for looking after us and your gentle kindness to our 18 months old son. we will certainly see you again.

From the moment I walked down the entrances stairs I was overwhelmed by the beauty of Villa Paloma. We had chosen the Villa online and the photos we saw do not quite describe the grand scale and peacefulness of this beautiful place. The wedding was intimate and beautiful. It was everything, Elise and I hoped it would be. Putu and hiss staff were perfectly attentive while also giving us our privacy. We always felt we were in "our Villa". The main bedroom presentation on the wedding night was also a special gift that was unexpected.

Malen cooked fantastic meals for us throughout our stay, highlights were the curries, gado-gado and the seafood BBQ. Truly delicious. Our daughters have been well looked after with special meals too. Molly loves the banana pancakes! We truly appreciate the extra attention you have given both our girls - they have loved playing with you and will miss their new friends. The extra touches, eg. Molly finding new little animals in her room each day (cleverly made from towels!), being given special flowers, helping with things ... all of these touches have made our stay so special. As I sit in the stunning garden writing this, looking out over the amazing pool & the gorgeous pieces of land, I can't wait to plan our next visit. We hope to see you next year!

The villa itself is very good. The place is well maintenaned, very well decorated, clean and the layout and facilities are exellent. We spent most of the time in the Villa. The service was very good in general.The house was clean, the pool was well maintained every day. From the staff, the cook and Tia particulary were very nice. The food was good. The Cook is very talented while a sophisticated Chef. We were very happy with his food and ate most of the day in the Villa.
