I just wanted to say thank you to Suda and the staff at Villa Mata Air for their efficient and excellent service. He addressed any issues we had ASAP and was very helpful. The staff at Mata Air where outstanding. I cannot fault them in anyway. The food the chef prepared at night was so good and tasty, not one of us got “Bali Belly” The cleanliness of the rooms, the attentiveness of the staff, nothing was too much to ask. I really can’t recommend your company and the service you provided enough and will be recommending you to all my friends and family. We are planning on coming back to Bali next year and will most definitely be using your business again. I cant thank the staff at Mata Air and Bali Luxury villas enough for allowing our family to have a relaxing and amazing holiday in Bali.

Everything! The whole set up was perfect for a family holiday. Bedroom villas were located around the grassed area and pool so we could all keep an eye on the children playing. Entertainment room was perfect as we watched World Cup soccer. Our chef, Agung, was amazing. Very accommodating with our requests for meals and the food was first class. Our thanks and compliments to Justini and Ayu for their service and helping entertaining our two younger children.

My room was large and set up with perfect writing desk. Great for me to work on my features while other guests explored Bali. My favorite parts are : kimonos/robes, the sunbeds by the pool,the food, the attentive and smiley staff who took me out on scooters. " MUM'S 65th BIRTHDAY "
We stayed 7 nights at Mata Air Villa for a special family holiday and celebration of mum’s 65th birthday. Eight adults and three children. We wanted to be slightly away from all the action of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak and the location was great for that. Still close enough to go to if you need to but far enough away to be secluded in a beautiful area. The villa and service from all of the staff exceeded our expectations. The villa itself is much better than the photos on the website and a lot bigger than we expected. All of the rooms are spacious and beautifully presented and the garden and grounds are immaculately maintained. Compliments to the chef Agung, who is amazing in the kitchen but we also wish to thank all of the staff for being so friendly and going above and beyond every day but especially on mum’s special night. We can’t fault the villa or the experience we had there and give it top marks 5/5. We didn’t want to leave and wish we were still there – highly recommend Villa Mata Air for a family holiday in paradise. We would love to go back tomorrow.
